A pyrrolizidine alkaloid, grahamine is a constituent of the seed extract of
Crotalaria graharniana R. Wight and Walk-Arm. It furnishes colourless needles
from EtOH and has a specific rotation of [α]20D + 100° (c 1.05, EtOH).
