NSC16168 是特异性 ERCC1-XPF 的抑制剂，其 IC50 值为0.42 μM。NSC16168 可抑制 DNA 修复，增强 CDDP 对癌症的疗效。

NSC16168 (0-50 μM) potentiates cisplatin efficacy in cancer cells.
