AOCS Medium- and Long-chain Fatty Acid Methyl Ester Standard Mixture 1 contains eight saturated and mono- and poly-unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters. It is intended for use as a reference standard for the detection of fatty acids in coconut, palm kernel, babassu, and ouri-ouri oils, among others, by GC-MS.
