4-Pyridinamine, 3-ethynyl Hydrochloride is the salt derivative of 4-Pyridinamine, 3-ethynyl (1239605-12-9 #CAS), which is used in the preparation of indoles/azaindoles via cycloisomerization of alkynylanilines and alkynyl pyridinamines in water under microwave irradiation. It is also used in the preparation of 1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dione derivatives as prokineticin 1 receptor antagonists.
