Fluorescein-PEG4-azide is a green emitting fluorescent dye derivitative with excitation/emmission maximum 494/517 nm containing an azide group, which enables Click Chemistry. The hydophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media and reduces steric hindrance during binding.
