Anti-h3-OST-1 antibody produced in rabbit

HS3ST1 (heparan sulfate-glucosamine 3-sulfotransferase 1) plays a major role in the rate limiting step of the synthesis of anticoagulant heparan sulfate. It converts the nonanticoagulant heparan sulfate to anticoagulant heparan sulfate by transferring sulfate group from adenosine 3μ-phosphophate 5μ-phospho-sulfate to the 3-OH position of glucosamine.
