Iron isotope of mass 54 is a structural component of a nuclear power plants and it was identified that this specific isotope has a neutron leakage up to 0.8 MeV and has an elastic XS influence. In addition, this compound can be produced through iron oxidation by marine photoferrotroph Rhodovulum iodosum in presence of silicon.
