BDP 630/650 alkyne is a BDP linker which can be read at the same channel as Cyanine5. It is a photostable compound and is commonly used for fluorescence polarization assays. The addition of the alkyne to the compound allows for it to be used in Click Chemistry reactions with azides.
DP 630/650 alkyne is a red fluorescent dye with λexcitation of 630 nM and λemission of 650 nM. The terminal alkyne group can be conjugated with various azides by copper catalyzed Click chemistry. BDP 630/650 alkyne can be used for fluorescence polarization assays[1].
