WD repe at domain 77 (WDR77) associates with protein arginine methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5) in a methylosome complex and stimulates its histone methyltransferase activity. It also binds to androgen receptors and modulates its target genes in prostate epithelial cells and prostate cancer.
