An amorphous alkaloid, isolated from Euonymus sieboldiana Blume, this base
is a white powder having no definite melting point. It occurs mainly in the
extract from the seeds and is dextrorotatory having a specific rotation of
[α]D + 21° (c 1.5, CHC13).
