BM-1244 is a potent Bcl-xL/Bcl-2 inhibitor with Kis of 134 and 450 nM for Bcl- xL and Bcl-2, respectively. BM-1244 inhibits senescent fibroblasts (SnCs) with an EC50 of 5 nM. (From patent WO2019033119A1)[1].
