Biotin16-UTP,Biotin标记UTP

Biotin-16-UTP是一种生物素标记的UTP，用于体外转录制备RNA探针[1]。Biotin-16-UTP是RNA聚合酶的活性底物，能够通过多种RNA聚合酶（包括SP6、T3和T7 RNA聚合酶）掺入以形成标记的RNA[2, 3]。Biotin-16-UTP标记的RNA可以通过连接到链霉亲和素、亲和素或抗生物素抗体的报告分子来检测[4, 5]。Biotin-16-UTP能够用于分子杂交及RNA-蛋白相互作用研究[6]。
