ChEBI: Hydrazinocurcumin is a pyrazole obtained by cyclocodensation of the two carbonyl groups of curcumin with hydrazine. It has a role as an EC 2.3.1.48 (histone acetyltransferase) inhibitor, an antineoplastic agent, an EC 2.7.11.1 (non-specific serine/threonine protein kinase) inhibitor and an angiogenesis modulating agent. It is a member of pyrazoles, a polyphenol, an aromatic ether and an olefinic compound. It is functionally related to a curcumin.
