Potassium Trifluoro(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)borate is used as a reactant in the preparation of functionalized borazaronaphthalenes from reaction with aminostyrenes. Also used in the preparation of azaborines via palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling.
