1,2,3-Propanetriyl=2-laurate 1,3-distearate

1,3-Distearoyl-2-lauroyl glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains stearic acid at the sn-1 and sn-3 positions and lauric acid at the sn-2 position. It has been found in butterfat.¹
