A chemotherapy drug that can be used in combination with the antibody obinutuzumab for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It has a role as an alkylating agent, a carcinogenic agent, an antineoplastic agent, an immunosuppressive agent and a drug allergen.
