Methyltetrazine-NHS Ester is a NHS actived building block containing a methyltetrazine group. It can react with primary amines such as the side chain of lysine residues or aminosilane-coated surfaces at neutral or slightly basic pH to form covalent bonds. Methyltetrazine enable fast click reaction with TCO (trans-cycloctene).
