SephadexC-25 is used in ion exchange chromatography, cation exchange media, protein chromatography, separation media and resins. SephadexC-25 has been used to study wasp envenomation and to demonstrate that snake protease inhibitors and neurotoxic homologs originated from a common ancestor.
