Description
(S)-(-)-Pindolol is the more active enantiomer of pindolol. It is a SR-1A/SR-1B antagonist, with roughly equal affinity for each subtype. (S)-(-)-Pindolol is an inhibitor of β1-AR and an activator of β3-AR.
