Description
Potassium 4-Guaiacolsulfonate is the pottasium salt of 4-Hydroxy-3-methoxybenzenesulfonic Acid (H972888), which has been shown to have antitumor activity mice and rats inoculated with leukemia, adenocarcinoma, carcinosarcoma, and ovarian carcinoma cells. Potassium 4-Guaiacolsulfonate has also been used as an expectorant.
