(1R,3R)-3-Methoxycyclobutan-1-amine Hydrochloride (CAS# 1363381-00-3) is used to prepare dihydrofuropyridines as Rho-kinase inhibitors which can be used in treatment of Rho-kinase mediated diseases. In addition, it can also be used as a reactant for preparation of 1-oxo-phthalazin-2-ylacetamides as NLRP3 modulators.
