• 일반 설명

  A potent, cell-permeable, and metabolically stable inhibitor of protein kinase G (PKG; K_i = 4 μM). Acts as a cyclic nucleotide-gated channel agonist (EC₅₀ = 173.5 μM). Significantly more lipophilic and membrane-permeable than cGMP or Rp-cGMPS. Resistant to mammalian cyclic nucleotide-dependent phosphodiesterases. Note: 5 μmol = 2.31 mg.
