- Uses Acid blue 98 (C.I. 50335)is used as an accessory for the galvanization of copper.
- Preparation N-ethyl-N-benzyl-4-nitrosoaniline?and N-phenyl-2-naphthylaminec condensation and oxidation of the product. Then with N1,N1-diethylbenzene-1,4-diamine and condensation of a mixture of ?N,N-diethyl-4-nitrosobenzenamine and with 65% oleum disulfonated finally converted into sodium salt.
- Synthesis Acid blue 98 (C.I. 50335) [6378-89-8],is synthesized by the following reaction sequence: 2-phenylaminonaphthalene is condensed with 4- nitrosoethylbenzylaniline to give the indamine, which is oxidized with manganese dioxide to the isorosinduline.

Properties and Applications
red light navy blue. For the navy, soluble in water, soluble in ethanol to blue. The strong sulfuric acid for green, diluted into red purple. In water solution to join sodium hydroxide to purplish red color, and accompanied by precipitation.
