Azido-PEG1-PFP ester Chemical Properties,Usage,Production

  • Description Azido-PEG1-PFP ester is a click chemistry PEG linker containing azide and PFP ester moities. The azide can participate in copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with alkynes, DBCO and BCN to form triazole groups. The PFP ester is amine-reactive and is less susceptible toward hydrolysis compared to NHS ester.
  • Uses Azido-PEG1-PFP ester is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Azido-PEG1-PFP ester is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
