Amino-PEG10-alcohol Chemical Properties,Usage,Production

  • Description Amino-PEG10-alcohol is a highly water soluble PEG reagent. The amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups.
  • Biological Activity Amino-PEG10-OH is a non-cleavable 10-unit PEG-ADC linker for antibody drug-drug (ADC) synthesis. It is also a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used for PROTAC synthesis.
