Pyrido[2,??3-??d]??pyridazin-??5(6H)??-??one is a heterocyclic compound useful in the preparation of tetrahydrofuran-based transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 (TRPA1) antagonists. It is also useful in the preparation of tetrahydropyrido pyridazinones as scaffolds for drug discovery.
