Description
Aminooxy-PEG2-azide contain an azide and an aminooxy group. The aminooxy group reacts with an aldehyde or ketone group to form a oxime linkage. The azide group enables Click Chemistry. Aminooxy compounds are very reactive and sensitive; they cannot be stored for long term. Immediate use (within 1 week) is highly recommended.
Biological Activity
Aminooxy-PEG2-azide is a PROTAC linker belonging to the PEG class, which can be used to synthesize PROTAC molecules.It is also a non-cleavable ADC linker containing 2-unit PEG, which can be used to synthesize antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
