Benzindopyrine Hydrochloride is used in the making of bicifadine antipyretic composition for the treatment and prevention of hyperthermia in mammalian subjects.

Poison by intravenous route.Moderately toxic by intraperitoneal route. Humanpsychotropic effects via ingestion. When heated todecomposition it emits very toxic fumes of NOx and HCl.
