Synthesis
The preparation of Z-ALA-OSU can be prepared by condensation of benzyl chloroformate and L-alanine N-hydroxysuccinimide ester [1]. Or it can be prepared by condensation of N-hydroxysuccinimide and N-benzyloxycarbonyl-L-alanine. The reaction formula is shown in the figure below.
