[2-Amino-1-[(1-methylethyl)sulfonyl]-1H-benzimidazol-6-yl]phenylmethanone is an intermediate used in the synthesis of Zinviroxime (Z465300), which is the (Z)-isomer of Enviroxime (E559600). Zinviroxime is a benzimidazole derivative that inhibits rhinovirus multiplication.
