Antioxidant T502 (BX AO T502) is an oil antioxidant with excellent performance, low price, and easy to use. It is a tert-butyl mixed phenol. It is mainly used in fuel oil, machine oil, and lubricating oil to replace BHT, whose price is higher. This compound is a light yellow oily liquid at room temperature, easily soluble in organic solvents such as alcohols, esters, ketones, alkanes, aromatic hydrocarbons, such as ethanol, butyl acetate, acetone, gasoline, toluene, etc. Insoluble in water.
