Uses
2-Pyrimidinecarbonyl chloride (cas# 220769-83-5) is used in the preparation of substituted tetrazines for their cycloaddition with bicyclenonyne and norbornenecarboxaldehyde derivatives as well as for modulation of 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 activity by 1,5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles. It is also used in the preparation of piperazine amides as novel c-jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) inhibitors and in the preparation of 2-pyrazolin-5-ones as inhibitors of serine/threonine and tyrosine kinase activity.
