Ferredoxin from

- as a substrate for spinach ferredoxin reductase,
- for reconstitution with chlorophyll-A for scanning electron microscope (SEM) dispersive X-ray analyzer (EDX) integrated analysis,
- as a reductant in adenylylsulfate (APS) reductase activity of P. aeruginosa

General Description
Ferredoxin I (Fd I) from
Spinacia oleracea comprises 97 amino acid and is an iron sulfur cluster (2Fe-2S). It is synthesized in the chloroplast. The structure of Fd I has conserved active site.
