Description
3β-OH-7-Oxocholenic acid is a bile acid.
1 It is also a metabolite of 7β-hydroxy cholesterol in rats. Conjugated forms of 3β-OH-7-oxocholenic acid have been found in the urine of patients with Neimann-Pick disease type C.
