Uses

2-(2-Ethoxy-5-((4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)sulfonyl)phenyl)-5-methyl-7-propylimidazo[5,1 1-f][1,2,4]triazin-4(1H)-one is used in the comparison study of different heterocyclic scaffolds as substrate analog of PDES inhibitors. Also used as a substance for the determination of Verdenafil hydrochloride in bulk drug and pharmaceutical forms used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
