Description
Ald-Ph-PEG4-PFP ester is a PEG linker containing a benzaldehyde and PFP ester group. The PFP ester can be reacted with primary amine groups and is also less susceptible to undergo hydrolysis compared to NHS ester. The hydrophilic PEG chain increases the water solubility of compounds. The benzaldehdye can react with pr aminooxy containing molecules.
Uses
ALD-PEG4-OPFP is a cleavable 4 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1].
