Preparation
(a)Benzaldehyde (1 Moore) and N-ethyl-N-benzyl-3-methylaniline (2 Moore) condensation, three stlfonation, and lamps have the oxidation, and finally with aniline reaction, to replace the benzene sulfonic acid, Replace Benzaldehyde?a sulfonic acid group on the benzene ring; (b)p-Chlorobenzaldehyde (1 Moore) and 3-((Ethyl(m-tolyl)amino)methyl)benzenesulfonic acid (2 Moore) condensation, oxidation, then with aniline condensation.
Properties and Applications
bright blue. For violet blue is soluble in water, soluble in ethanol is pure blue. The strong sulfuric acid for yellow until golden brown, diluted into olive yellow. In water solution to join sodium hydroxide to the red brown, and accompanied by precipitation.
