Uses
Lemon balm traditionally has been used orally to treat insomnia, anxiety, gastric conditions, migraines, hypertension, bronchial conditions, Graves' disease, attention defi cit disorder, and psychiatric conditions including depression and hysteria. Lemon balm has also been used topically to treat cold sores.
