Dextromethorphan-d3 is an intermediate used in the synthesis of Dextromethorphan-d3 Hydrochloride (D299456), the labeled analogue of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Monohydrate (D299455), an antitussive drug. Orally active synthetic morphine analog. Analgesic (narcotic). Racemethorphan and levomethorpham are controlled substances (opiates).
