Uses
Domagrozumab is an anti-myostatin humanized monoclonal antibody with a KD value of 2.6 pM for human myostatin. Domagrozumab induces muscle anabolic activity. Domagrozumab can be used in research of duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD)[1].in vivo
Domagrozumab (PF-06252616; 10 and 30 mg/kg; i.v.) increases myostatin levels in a dose-dependent manner and induces skeletal muscle hypertrophy in cynomolgus monkeys[1].
