This PGA-PEG-PGA triblock copolymer is a biodegradable, resorbable microparticulate modifier for use in drug delivery systems to induce the desired release profile.
Through combination of various gel formers, drug release profiles may be modulated to exhibit fast burst release through extended (up to 1 month) zero-order release profiles.
