Description

JWH 080 is a synthetic cannabinoid (CB) which binds both the central CB₁ receptor (K_i = 5.6 nM) and the peripheral CB₂ receptor (K_i = 2.2 nM) in vitro. The in vivo physiological and toxicological properties of this compound have not been elucidated. This product is intended for forensic and research applications.

JWH-080 is a synthetic cannabimimetic indole derivative. JWH-080 the 4'-methoxy derivative of JWH-073 which acts as a partial agonist at both the CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors with 5 times the selectivity for CB1 as it does for CB2.
