SILVER STAIN SDS-PAGE MOLECULAR WEIGHT STANDARD MIXTURE

Uses

Designed for molecular weight determinations on silver stained SDS-PAGE (Laemmli) gels. The proteins supplied in these markers cover the range of molecular weights common to most proteins or their subunits. The markers are formulated to yield a distribution of well-defined bands of approximately equal intensity with low background after electrophoresis and staining using either ProteoSilver^? (PROTSIL1) or ProteoSilver^? Plus (PROTSIL2).
