Methyltetrazine-Propylamine is click chemistry reagent, the amine group can be attached with carboxylic acid containing molecule in the presence of reagnet such as EDC or HATU. Methyltetrazine enable fast click reaction with TCO (trans-cycloctene)
Uses
Methyltetrazine-propylamine is an alkyl chain-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
