1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-2,6-naphthyridine Hydrochloride is a salt analog of 1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-2,6-naphthyridine (CAT# T295698), which is used in the synthetic preparation of quinolizidinone carboxylic acid selective M1 allosteric modulators. It may be useful in the preparation of dihydropyridazinones substituted with phenylureas as NAMPT inhibitors and in the preparation of heterocyclic compounds as inhibitors of Cbl-b for the treatment of cancer.
