Uses
spinach (Spinacia oleracea) is generally considered beneficial for promoting and maintaining the skin in good condition, it can also be used as a natural colorant. Spinach contains anti-oxidant flavonoids (spinacetin and patuletin), carotenoids, peptides, histamines, oxalic acid, lutein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A, B2, B6, C, e, and H, thiamine, niacin, folic acid, and a variety of minerals including copper and zinc.
