Public sources do not disclose plant scale manufacturing conditions for indazapyroxamet, however, based on its structure, the molecule is assembled through a multi step construction of the 2H indazole core, beginning with halogenated nitrobenzene precursors that are converted to indazole intermediates via condensation and cyclisation. These intermediates are then functionalised at the 2 position with a 3 pyridyl group and at the 4 position with the N (1 methylcyclopropyl)carboxamide moiety.
