red brown. Soluble in acetone, benzene, Butyl acetate, Carbon tetrachloride, ethanol, Ethyl acetate, Slightly soluble in methanol, toluene. Mainly used for leather tinting, also used in wood, plastic coloring; Cellulose acetate of protoplasm coloring and resin coloring.
