Purification Methods
Dissolve the hydrochloride in the minimum volume of MeOH, then add Et2O to initiate crystallisation. The crystals are filtered off and dried [Lovell et al. J Phys Chem 88 1885 1984]. The dihydrochloride [21302-43-2] has M 233.1, m 279o(dec). [Beilstein 22 III/IV 5866.]
