Cyclization of N-?[4-?Chloro-?2-?(2-?chlorobenzoyl)?phenyl]?-?2-?[(2-?hydroxyethyl)?amino]?acetamide can produce Cloxazolam. Cloxazolam is a benzodiazepine derivative with anxiolytic, hypnotic and antihypertensive properties used as an anti-anxiety drug. Cloxazolam is metabolized into the active metabolite Delorezepam (D230675).
